Mathematical Analysis of Evolution, Information and Complexity

The Graduate School is an interdisciplinary school leading to a degree (Dr. rer. nat. or Dr.-Ing.) in Mathematics, Theoretical Physics, Computer Science or Electrical Engeneering.

We invite applications from graduate students with a master's degree or Diplom in one of the above subjects. Please send a c.v., your records (Schulzeugnis, Diplomzeugnis), and a statement of your research interests to

Important

Please indicate on the envelope the index number 79. Applicants should also name one or two organizers of the graduate school who could act as their thesis supervisors.

Scholarships

The scholarships are given for 3 years. The amount per month is 1150,- EUR tax free. Besides carrying out their specific research project, scholars are expected to participate in courses and other activities of the graduate school.
